As Hunter Douglas Window Fashions began to overtly communicate the sustainable and green characteristics of their products they needed to develop cohesive and transparent marketing program to bring this to the consumer and garner internal support within their own company. As part of this program DMD Green developed a competitive, market and third-party validation sustainable research program for all of Hunter Douglas’ products. In addition DMD Green developed and facilitated a number of sustainable and green product workshops for their key internal stake holders and sales groups.
The various projects included working with different academic, government, and NGO research groups to incorporate new standards within the product category and help streamline the appropriate sustainable communications messages to better reach their goals.
